Summary:
This position at the Supplier Quality Management group BPS will familiarize the intern with the qualification program for new and existent suppliers. This includes but is not limited to Quality Management System Operations and its required documentation, ISO Standards, CFR part 820 and, knowledge of GMP.
Activities / Tasks: - Master Data Maintenance in SAP / TrackWise / Excel - Data maintenance / SharePoint - Overview of Supplier Certifications - Coordination of supplier evaluation - Support for audit preparation:
* Audit Scheduling
* Audit Agenda
* Complaints
* Sales
* Product list
* Deadline Monitoring
* Audit Closeouts
Requirements: - Language skills: English, good spoken and written - MS Office, SAP and TrackWise - Systematic, structured and independent working, communication skills and, teamwork - Flexibility in terms of daily working hours
