Overview

Summary:


As the Transformation Office Data Analyst Intern, you will assist the Transformation team in enriching your educational journey through hands-on learning experiences, assignments, and projects. This internship offers a dynamic summer program where you will collaborate with teams across C1 to contribute to corporate endeavors.

Your main responsibility will involve gathering and analyzing data to support process improvement initiatives and business cases. Additionally, you will create documentation to substantiate data findings. This role provides direct interaction with Transformation Directors, C1 team members, and Subject Matter Experts across different functional areas.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions and Role Elements

    Assist the Transformation team in day-to-day tasks spanning various activities throughout the organization, emphasizing process enhancement, data and business analysis, corporate initiatives, and documentation
  • Acquire proficiency in navigating C1 's intranet; editing and indexing techniques to update the Transformation Office intranet page effectively
  • Gather, interpret, and analyze extensive datasets and databases to derive insights
  • Learn and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing internal software systems
  • Cultivate a culture that champions continuous improvement and embraces positive change in alignment with C1 's mission and vision, furthering its tradition of excellence
  • Actively participate in departmental and team meetings
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities or duties as reasonably assigned by C1 to contribute to the operational and financial success of the Company
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly in positive and negative situations; listen and get clarification; respond well to questions; demonstrate strong written communication skills
  • Ability to exhibit confidence in self and to others; inspire and motivate others to perform to a high standard
  • Understands the interpersonal and cultural dynamics that influence the change process
  • Strong people skills to build relationships
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
  • Ability to translate technical ideas into simple, easy-to-understand content
  • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and on multiple initiatives at the same time while driving results

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in data or business analytics or related field of study at an accredited college/university
  • Must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
