CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Incident Management Team (IMT) Branch Director
Joint Base San Antonio, TX

Job Duties:

Perform roles and duties as a director in hazardous materials emergencies above the initial response and implement a National Incident Management System (NIMS)-based Incident Command System (ICS). IC for both single and unified commands. Responsible for providing direction and purpose to the Incident Command Staff and integrating military forces in support of the incident.

Qualifications:

  • The ICs/Directors/Supervisors shall have an associate degree or higher in fire science, chemistry, engineering, business or related field of study. (Fire Academy Graduate certification or intermediate NCO education preferred)
  • The Director should have 5 years operational experience performing Incident Commander operations in metropolitan areas with more than 50,000-person population.
  • FEMA ICS 300 and ICS 400 courses.
